Roman Clothing
This is one of the tunics boys wore.
Early Romans wore togas that were like a white sheet. Then Romans started wearing tunics made of warm wool, and they were like a long t-shirt. Men wore rings that showed how much they cared, and women wore lots of jewelry. Boys wore a tunic to their knees with a crimson border, but they wore a plain white tunic when they became a man. Girls wore a tunic with a belt. Girls also wore a bulla, which was a necklace that contained an amulet. They wore it until they were married. Once they were married it was never never worn again.
